EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS
In this beautiful season, we want you to feel calm and confident when placing your orders for your gifts. This is why our exchange policy for gifts during this time is extended. All other E Silver® policies remain the same during this time. It is important to clarify that this extended policy applies only to changes and not to returns. For returns, the regular policy of the year applies.
This policy applies to orders placed from 11/20/2022 to 05/01/2023.
Your satisfaction is our commitment. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order or your piece did not work for you, you can request an exchange.
If you receive a product that you do not want or is not your size, you can make a change request through our social networks or by email: info@esilverpr.com. You will have until 09/01/2023 to contact us through our email, social networks or chat on the website to request any change. This policy does not apply to returns.
The email must include the following information:
• Name of the person who made the request.
• Order number.
• Reason for the change request.
• Photographs that prove the reason for the change request, if it's applicable.
Once the request is received, E Silver® will attend to it, and it will be evaluated within a period of up to 5 working days, by its administrative staff. When authorized by E Silver®, and the exchange instructions are sent to you, you can send the piece by regular mail for physical inspection, and you must send the mail receipt with the tracking number of your shipment through social networks or email. The part must be mailed within 7 business days of E Silver®'s response. If within 7 working days after sending you the instructions, you have not sent us proof of shipment, we will not be able to accept the change.
In all cases, the following rules will apply:
• Change requests will proceed, within the period until January 9, 2023.
• When authorized by E Silver®, the customer must ship the part within 7 business days of E Silver's email response.
• Shipping expenses will be at client's charge.
• E Silver® may, but is not obligated to review requests for product changes, after 5 days of receipt of the order.
• Items to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which they were shipped.
• The product must be in its original packaging, as received by the customer.
• They cannot have been used or show traces of any use, they cannot have removed the price tag and/or brand, stickers.
• The product must be intact, unused, without alterations, scratches, dents or any other alteration.
• E Silver® reserves the right to accept, or not, changes in which any of the above is observed.
In cases where the exchange is authorized by E Silver®, the customer will receive a new item or a credit to be used within 30 days from the date the exchange was granted and she/he will pay for return shipping.
E Silver reserves the right to launch special offers in which it is clearly indicated that these products will not be subject to change. This means that they will not be subject to the aforementioned process.
In all cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED RETURNS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS.
POLÍTICA DE CAMBIOS PARA REGALOS EN NAVIDAD
En esta hermosa temporada queremos que te sientas tranquilo y en confianza al realizar tus órdenes para tus regalos. Es por esto por lo que nuestra política de cambios para regalos durante esta época es extendida. El resto de las políticas de E Silver® se mantienen igual durante esta época. Es importante aclarar que esta política extendida, aplica solo para cambios y no para devoluciones. Para las devoluciones aplica la política regular del año.
Esta política aplica a órdenes realizadas desde el día 11/20/2022 hasta el día 01/05/2023.
Tu satisfacción es nuestro compromiso. Por eso, si no estás satisfecho con tu pedido o tu pieza no te sirvió, puedes solicitar un cambio.
Si recibes un producto que no deseas o no es de tu talla, puedes realizar una solicitud de cambio a través de nuestras redes sociales o al correo electrónico: info@esilverpr.com. Tendrás hasta el día 01/09/2023 para contactarnos a través de nuestro email, redes sociales o chat de la página web para solicitar cualquier cambio. Esta política no aplica a devoluciones.
El correo electrónico debe incluir la siguiente información:
Una vez recibida la solicitud, E Silver® la atenderá y será evaluada en un plazo de hasta 5 días laborables, por su personal administrativo. Cuando sea autorizado por E Silver®, y se te envíen las instrucciones de cambio, podrás enviar la pieza por correo regular para inspección física y deberás enviar el recibo de correo con el número de seguimiento de tu envío a través de redes sociales o correo electrónico. La pieza debe enviarse por correo físico dentro de 7 días laborables posteriores a la respuesta de E Silver®. Si dentro de los 7 días laborables luego de enviarte las instrucciones, no nos has enviado evidencia del envío, no podremos aceptar el cambio.
En todos los casos, se aplicarán las reglas que se presentan a continuación:
En los casos en que E Silver® autorice el cambio, el cliente recibirá un artículo nuevo o un crédito para usarlo dentro de los 30 días a partir de la fecha en que se otorgó y pagará el envío de la devolución.
E Silver se reserva el derecho de lanzar ofertas especiales en las que se indique claramente que estos productos no estarán sujetos a cambios. Esto significa que no estarán sujetos al proceso antes mencionado.
En todos los casos, el cliente correrá con los gastos de envío.
ESTA POLÍTICA NO APLICA A PRODUCTOS QUE POR MOTIVOS DE SALUD Y SEGURIDAD NO SE PUEDEN ACEPTAR DEVOLUCIONES.
